FlexCtrl6 - control system with formulation management

Cheminova Germany (formerly Stähler TEC Germany), which is part of the Danish Cheminova concern, develops, produces and sells high standard agricultural pesticides in Germany. The company uses FlexCtrl in combination with a recipe and control mode administration software by BitCtrl Systems GmbH in Stade.

The program allows the administration of recipes as well as of other control mode parameters and their activation. Activation means, the information about the selected control mode and their parameters will be handed over to FlexCtrl process control system.

Beside recipe and control modes, setpoint values and actual values the system uses master data, which represent the available technological facilities. All these data are hold in a SQL database on the process control system.
