bitcontrol® Operation Data Collector

The solution bitcontrol® Operation Data Collector is used to collect operation data machine-orientated, save them internally and transmit them to superior DV systems or analyse them internally.

Data management occurs in a central SQL database. Dabei werden im allgemeinen Fall dort z. B. folgende Daten gehalten:

• master data (item number, position, description, job instruction texts, personnel data, …)
• planning data (order with number of pieces, lot size, …)
• results data (number of pieces, setup time, production time, interference time, downtime, causes of incidence and rejects, optional: production parameters for quality assurance, …)

Data exchange with the terminals/workstations occurs via TCP/IP network.
