QNX Board Support Packages
BSPs (Board Support Packages) are hardware-specific software packages that serve as an abstraction layer and facilitate the implementation of QNX software on your hardware board. BSPs handle initializations and other hardware-specific tasks to create a suitable environment for your system. They also provide components that define startup behavior, such as an Initial Program Loader (IPL), startup code, utilities, and device drivers for various hardware components.
BitCtrl’s BSP products deliver many features beyond the pure boot and driver support:
- Automatic Build, Installation and Update procedures that scale from the start of the development phase right into device production and maintenance.
- Provide signed, dual A/B partition schemes for secure boot and updates.
- Toolset for design, validation and commissioning of network subsystem configuration during production and in the field.
